This website has no server or database. The details you type into the appointment form stay in your browser until you press “Request Appointment via WhatsApp”.
Your name, mobile number, chosen doctor, date, time and optional note are then placed into a WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that message.
We do not store patient details in your browser and do not share them with other third parties. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the note. The embedded Google Map is loaded from Google when you view the contact section.
This notice has not been legally reviewed; the clinic should confirm it meets applicable requirements before launch.
